What is ospfRedistributeMetric?
This read-create INTEGER (0-16777214) sets the metric with which the external routes from ospfRedistributeProtocol will be redistributed into OSPF. An admin tunes it to influence how attractive the redistributed routes look compared to natively-learned OSPF routes. Setting ospfRedistributeMetric to a low value would make the redistributed static or connected routes more preferred within the OSPF domain than a higher metric would.
