This DisplayString, accessible only as part of a notification, shows the CLI command that was executed, as reported in a CLI command-change trap. Admins use it to see exactly what configuration command triggered the notification, giving an audit trail of changes made via the CLI. For example, cliConfigChangeCommand might show 'shutdown' executed on an interface, explaining why that interface just went administratively down.
