Description: The service time for all HTTP hits.
What is proxyHTTPHitSvcTime?
The median service time for HTTP requests served directly from the proxy's cache (a hit); this should normally be noticeably faster than proxyHTTPMissSvcTime, and a shrinking gap between the two is a sign the cache isn't providing much of a speed benefit.
