What is swPolicyRouteNextHop?
swPolicyRouteNextHop specifies the IP address of the next-hop router that matching traffic should be forwarded to under this policy route rule. Admins set this to override the normal routing table decision for traffic matched by the associated ACL, directing it through an alternate path such as a specific WAN link. For example, setting swPolicyRouteNextHop to 203.0.113.1 would force matching traffic to be forwarded to that gateway instead of the default route.
