What is channelDescr?
This read-only string provides a descriptive label for the PacketLogic channel referenced by a channel-related trap. An admin reads it to identify which physical or logical channel changed state, since the numeric channelIndex alone isn't as immediately meaningful. This might read something like "WAN Uplink 2" to identify the channel involved in a link-state-change trap.
