What is tcpv6CwrVal?
This counter measures TCP congestion window reduced (CWR) packets for IPv6 connections on a Procera PacketLogic device. The CWR flag signals that the sending host is reducing its transmission rate in response to network congestion detected via explicit congestion notification (ECN). Network operators use this metric to monitor how often TCP flow control mechanisms are being triggered, which indicates network congestion levels or the effectiveness of QoS policies.
