What is tcpv6CwrMax?
This counter tracks the maximum number of IPv6 TCP packets that had their congestion window reduced during a flow. When a network detects congestion, it signals TCP flows to reduce their sending rate by shrinking the congestion window. An operator monitoring a saturated link would check this metric to see if the router is actively throttling TCP flows due to network congestion.
