Ruleset recalcs with outdated service ruleset

What is rulesetOutdatedServiceMax?

This gauge counter tracks the maximum number of ruleset recalculations that have been performed with an outdated service ruleset during normal operation. High values indicate the policy update system is not keeping rulesets in sync with the current service definitions. PacketLogic administrators use this to identify configuration synchronization problems between service definitions and active rules.
