What is qsyncIIgnoredOOOVal?
This counter accumulates the total number of out-of-order update messages that the qsync internal synchronization mechanism has ignored during operation. Out-of-order updates may arrive due to network reordering and are deliberately discarded to maintain data consistency. Operators use this counter to assess how much packet reordering is occurring on control paths and whether the system is stable.
