What is qsyncESendbufUsageVal?
This object measures how much of the send buffer capacity on an extended queue synchronization component is currently in use, represented as a gauge value. A high value indicates the buffer is nearly full and packets may be queued or dropped. Operators monitor this metric to detect congestion, validate buffer provisioning, and identify which traffic classes or interfaces are consuming send buffer resources.
