What is ipv4FragmentDropsMom?
This gauge shows the current moment-in-time count of dropped IPv4 fragment packets, either from timeout or least-recently-used (LRU) cache eviction. It measures how many incomplete or orphaned fragments the system discards due to resource constraints. An operator monitors this to detect fragmentation issues or determine if buffer resources are inadequate for the traffic volume.
