What is fwAcceptsMax?

This OID counts the total number of network packets that passed through a firewall ruleset and were allowed to proceed. It measures cumulative accepted traffic. A security analyst would monitor this to baseline normal traffic volumes and spot unusual usage spikes that might indicate attacks.
