What is drdlChildAbusesVal?

This counter tracks memory allocation failures in the Least Recently Used (LRU) cache child table where the system attempts to create more cache entries than the pool can support. When child allocations fail, the cache degrades and performance suffers. Operators monitor this metric to detect when cache tuning parameters need adjustment.
