What is ocumEventMessage?
A DisplayString containing a fixed-format text message that describes the condition which triggered the OnCommand event. This is the primary human-readable explanation admins read to understand what happened without needing to cross-reference the event type code. A message reading "Aggregate aggr1 on cluster02 is at 92% capacity" tells the admin immediately what to check without further lookups.
