What is power1State?

This object reports whether the device's first power supply/feed is currently on or off. Admins monitor this on equipment with dual power feeds to detect a power supply failure or loss of one feed before it becomes a full outage. As an illustrative example, power1State reporting off(0) while power2State reports on(1) would alert an admin that the unit's primary power feed has failed and it is now running on its backup feed alone.
