What is ntronPortFlowControl?
Enables or disables flow control on this port; full- and half-duplex flow control is detected and handled automatically, and it's disabled by default, per the MIB's own description. Admins enable this on a port feeding a congestion-prone device so it can request a pause rather than drop frames.
