This value reports a numeric workload figure, from 0 to 255, for a specific cluster member. Admins monitor it to see how evenly processing load is distributed across cluster members, which matters for a crypto-acceleration cluster balancing VPN or encryption traffic. A member showing a workload value far higher than its peers would indicate uneven load distribution worth investigating.
