What is swNlbUnicastFdbEgressPorts?

This object defines the set of switch ports that traffic destined for a specific unicast MAC address in the NLB (Network Load Balancing) forwarding database must be forwarded out of, essentially a static forwarding entry supporting NLB unicast mode where a virtual MAC needs to reach multiple physical ports. Administrators configure this when setting up Microsoft NLB in unicast mode, where normal MAC-learning doesn't work correctly and static forwarding rules are needed instead. For example, an admin might set this object to a port list covering ports 1, 3, and 5 so that traffic for the NLB cluster's virtual MAC address gets flooded to all three server-facing ports.
