What is agentAutoVoIPCosQueue?
This object reports which hardware Class of Service (CoS) output queue number, from 0 to 7, all traffic identified as VoIP gets mapped into once AutoVoIP is active. An administrator checks this value to know which queue's statistics or scheduling weight to examine when diagnosing voice call quality. For example, if this returns queue 6, the admin would inspect that queue's drop counters when investigating choppy call audio.
