What is nbsOtnohTtiExpectOpSpec?

This up-to-32-byte octet string sets the Operator Specific value the device expects to see in the TTI field of incoming OTN frames, with a zero-length value disabling this check. An admin uses this to validate that incoming OTN traffic carries the expected operator-defined marker, such as a circuit ID, before accepting it as correctly connected. For example, a mismatch here alongside a SAPI/DAPI match could indicate the frame originated from the wrong service on a shared path.
