OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.1027.4.8.1.1.4.2.1.4

Node type: OBJECT-TYPE

Type: Counter32

Description: This object indicates the number of received packet entries that contained bad route information (ie: unsupported family(AF_INET), bad metric or a bad network address.

What is mitelIpVGrpTableRipRxBadRtes?

A read-only counter tracking individual route entries within received RIP packets that contained bad route information, such as an unsupported address family, an invalid metric, or a malformed network address. Unlike the bad-packet counter, this counts problems at the level of individual routes within otherwise well-formed packets, helping an admin distinguish a neighbor sending a few bad routes from one sending entirely malformed packets. A nonzero mitelIpVGrpTableRipRxBadRtes count would prompt an admin to check the neighboring router's RIP configuration for an incorrectly advertised route, such as one with an out-of-range metric.
