Read-only NVRAM-stored counterpart of mcmT1CsuCfgTxB7ZeroSuppress, recording the persisted bit-7 zero-suppression setting so it survives a power cycle. This object was obsoleted in Release 3.0 along with the rest of the nvmT1CsuCfgGroup.
