What is mcmT1CsuGenStatusRedAlarm?
Reports whether the T1 CSU currently has a Red Alarm active: redAlarm(1) means the CSU has lost frame synchronization on the incoming signal, noRedAlarm(2) means it hasn't. A Red Alarm indicates a local loss-of-sync condition on this end of the circuit.
