What is mcmT1CsuCfgTxIdleCode?
Sets the 8-bit idle code (0-255, default 127) the T1 CSU transmits on DS0 channels that carry no active traffic. Deprecated in favor of the mcmT1E1CsuCfgTable, it lets an admin match the idle-channel fill pattern expected by the far-end equipment.
