What is mcmT1CsuCfgFrameFmt?
Selects the T1 framing format used by the CSU: d4FramingMode(1) (legacy D4/SF) or esfFramingMode(2) (Extended SuperFrame, the default). Both ends of a T1 circuit must agree on this setting or the line will fail to frame up; this deprecated object was later replaced by the mcmT1E1CsuCfgTable.
