0 indicates the idle state of the authenticated host on the port will never be checked.

What is swJWACHostIdleTime?

This reports how long this authenticated host has been idle (sent no traffic), where 0 means idle checking is disabled for it. Admins use it alongside swJWACPortIdleTime's configured threshold to see how close a session is to being logged out for inactivity.
