What is totRSInactiveConns?

totRSInactiveConns reports the count of connections to this real server that are currently inactive. An admin uses this alongside totRSActiveConns to understand how many connections are being held open without active traffic, which can affect the real server's available connection capacity. For example, a real server showing high totRSInactiveConns alongside low totRSActiveConns might have connection persistence settings holding onto idle sessions longer than necessary.
