What is rSDesc?
rSDesc is a free-text description string, up to 1024 bytes, describing this Real Server (backend) entry. An admin sets this to a human-readable label so a specific backend server is easy to identify in monitoring tools rather than relying only on its numeric index. For example, rSDesc might read "Web-Server-03 (10.0.1.13)" to identify a specific backend host behind the load balancer.
