What is ipfCurrRuleFlags?
A bitmask of IPF rule flags such as FR_BLOCK (0x0001), FR_PASS (0x0002), FR_LOG (0x0010), FR_KEEPSTATE (0x2000), or FR_QUICK (0x8000); an admin decodes this to see exactly which behaviors (block vs. pass, logging, stateful tracking, short-circuit evaluation) are attached to this active rule.
