What is hwVoIfConfigCallingNumSubstRule?
This value specifies which number-substitution rule, identified by an ID from 1 to 2147483647, is applied to the calling number on this subscriber line, with 0 meaning no substitution rule is applied. An admin uses it to make outbound caller ID present a different number than the line's actual number, for example normalizing internal extensions to a public DID. For example, setting hwVoIfConfigCallingNumSubstRule to rule ID 5 would apply substitution rule 5 to rewrite the calling number presented for calls placed from this line.
