What is hwVoGeneralPeerSelectOrderRule?
This read-write integer (0-18, default 0) selects which combination and ordering of explicit-match, priority, longest-no-use, and random criteria the gateway applies when picking among multiple matching voice entities for a call, letting an admin tune call-routing selection behavior to their traffic-distribution needs.
