What is hwVlanDownTraffic?
This object reports the current downlink traffic rate, in kilobits per second, for a given VLAN. Admins use it to monitor real-time download bandwidth usage on that VLAN. For example, a value of 20000 would mean the VLAN's downlink is currently carrying 20 Mbps of traffic.
