What is hwVlanDownBandwidthOccupancyRate?
This object reports what percentage of the available downlink bandwidth a given VLAN is currently consuming. Admins use it to identify VLANs nearing saturation on the download side, which can be an early warning of congestion affecting users on that VLAN. For example, a value of 95 would flag a VLAN whose downlink bandwidth usage is close to its configured limit.
