What is hwRateLimitRedDrop?

This OID is a true/false flag controlling whether packets colored red by two-rate traffic policing are dropped (true, the default) rather than passed with a marking change. An admin sets this to false when red (severely over-limit) traffic should be re-marked instead of discarded outright.
