What is hwRateLimitPir?
This OID sets the Peak Information Rate (PIR) in Kbit/s for this rate-limit entry, from 64 to 10,240,000, defaulting to min(CIR*2, 10240000) and must not be less than CIR. An admin raises this above the CIR to allow controlled bursting up to a hard peak ceiling.
