This read-write IpAddress holds the protocol IP address of the PVC. Admins set it when a PVC is configured for static IP mode, assigning the address the DSLAM should present as the source for that circuit. For example, an admin might set this to 10.0.0.5 for a statically addressed subscriber PVC.
