What is hwpingCtlVPNInstance?

This read-create string (up to 31 characters) names the VPN routing instance the device should use when running this ping test, letting the probe reach a target that lives in a specific VRF rather than the default routing table. Admins set it when testing reachability across a customer VPN instance on a PE router.
