What is hwpingCtlTargetPort?

This read-create field sets the destination port number a udpEcho, tcpConnect, or jitter probe connects to, defaulting to 0. Admins set it when the remote ping responder listens on a non-standard port, for example pointing a jitter test at UDP port 5000 instead of the default.
