What is hwPingAgentEnable?
This read-write field turns the Huawei ping agent function on(enable) or off(disable) for the device, defaulting to disable. Admins enable it before this device can act as the initiator of hwping/jitter/FTP/HTTP probe tests defined in hwPingCtlTable.
