What is hwL2tpTunnelAlarmEnable?
This per-group switch enables generating an alarm/trap whenever a tunnel's status changes (up or down) for this group, defaulting to false. Enable it to get proactive notification (via hwL2tpTunnelUpOrDown) when tunnels flap instead of only discovering the outage during a support call.
