What is hwArpTransferIP?
Carries the IP address of the ARP entry that moved from one port to another, as reported in the hwArpTranferTrap notification. Lets an admin see, directly from the trap, which host's ARP binding relocated (which can indicate a MAC-spoofing attack, a failover, or a device physically moved to a new port).
