What is hpEMSCommand?

This read-only OCTET STRING is a trap varbind that, per its source description, carries the command line used to launch the affected EMS monitor. Admins use this to see exactly how the restarted monitor process is invoked, which is useful for manually verifying or re-running the same monitor outside of EMS if needed. For example, seeing the launch command reveals which script or binary and arguments produce the resource data for that particular monitor.
