Description: The VLAN ID range end value used in the MAC ACL Classification. Setting this value less than the current aclMacRuleVlanIdRangeStart changes the VLAN ID range start to the same value as the range end.
The VLAN ID field is defined as the 12-bit VLAN identifier in the 802.1Q tag header of a tagged Ethernet frame. This is contained in the first/outer tag of a double VLAN tagged frame.
