What is eventPort?

This object carries the SNMP port of the agent on which a Primealert event occurred, sent as the second trap-specific varbind. It lets a management station know exactly which SNMP endpoint on the host raised the alert, useful when an agent listens on a non-default port or multiple agent instances run on one host. An admin correlating an alert to a specific monitoring agent instance would check this port value alongside eventHost.
