What is eventCloseTime?

This object carries a human-readable timestamp string recording when a Primealert event was closed, if applicable. It lets an admin see how long an issue persisted by comparing it against eventOpenTime, or confirm that a previously reported condition has since cleared. A reporting script generating a weekly incident summary would use this field to calculate the duration of each resolved alert.
