What is ontSipUserIPRowStatus?
This is the RowStatus object that creates or removes the ONT's VoIP IP and VLAN configuration entry. An administrator activates it once ontSipUserIPaddress, ontSipUserIPaddressMask, and ontSipUserVlan have been set, or destroys it to remove that voice network configuration.
