What is ontNoSNAll?
Setting this object to 1 removes every serial-number binding for offline ONTs on this PON port in a single operation. An administrator would use it to bulk-clear stale ONT bindings, for example after decommissioning a batch of subscriber terminals, rather than removing each binding one at a time.
