What is ontNoConfigAll?
Setting this object to 1 clears the saved configuration for every ONT registered on this PON port in one operation, rather than clearing each ONT's configuration individually. An administrator would use this when re-provisioning a whole PON port, for example after a bulk truck-roll or fiber re-splice.
