What is ontNoCofing?
Setting this object to 1 clears all saved service configuration for this single ONT, effectively resetting it to an unconfigured state on the OLT. An administrator uses this when decommissioning a subscriber or preparing to re-provision the ONT from scratch, as opposed to ontNoConfigAll, which clears every ONT on the whole PON port at once.
