What is ontAuthState?
This reports whether the ONT at this index has successfully completed authentication with the OLT, with 1 indicating it has authenticated. An administrator checks this alongside ontStatus, since an ONT can have an optical link up but still fail to authenticate if its serial number or credentials don't match what's provisioned.
